Rush Limbaugh said Colin Powell's decision to get behind Barack Obama appeared to be very much tied to Obama's status as the first African-American with a chance to become president. "Secretary Powell says his endorsement is not about race," Limbaugh wrote in an e-mail. "OK, fine. I am now researching his past endorsements to see if I can find all the inexperienced, very liberal, white candidates he has endorsed. I'll let you know what I come up with."As for Powell's statement of concern this morning about the sort of Supreme Court justices a President McCain might appoint, Limbaugh wrote: "I was also unaware of his dislike for John Roberts, Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito, Anthony Kennedy and Antonin Scalia. I guess he also regrets Reagan and Bush making him a four-star [general] and secretary of state and appointing his son to head the FCC. Yes, let's hear it for transformational figures."

Of course Powell endorsed Obama. Powell is a RINO, and he is black. It would be a cosmic impossibility for him to do otherwise.
The irony is, if McCain wasn't the GOP nominee, McCain would vote for the Messiah too. It has been reported that McRINO voted for Kerry in 2004, though McCain tells us otherwise.
The liberals and RINOs are always telling us Obama's candidacy is "historic." Just how are they making history? I guess some truths simply cannot be said in our culturally Marxist world. Limbaugh is just saying the obvious.
Once again, party loyalist like Limbaugh is doing what they are known best for...Attacking the other side!! Nobody would be an exception. You can be a conservative or a war hero (like John Kerry) or former Secretary of State - It really doesn't matter. If you step out of the party line, attack dogs will come charging at you.
This is expected - Dogs are there for a reason.
what senseless drivel from rush the clown!
American,
Rush has a long history of "being against" McCain. He just realizes that McCain is less dangerous than Obama.
He’s also been against the “party line” when it clashes with conservative ideals.
You know American; you claim to be one who educates yourself on the issues before making decisions, yet you blindly accept the lefts false characterization of Rush. How exactly do you reconcile that within the limited resources of your thought process?
So if Rush endorsed Obama, what would we say then?
