Actually anon, I just wanted to throw in with Game here and note that we are not suppose to be critical of our President during wartime. That means you support the enemy and hate America. I am sure as of Jan 29th we will have their full support because they love our country so much.

i never believed in that, because i couldn't stand bush from day one
but, when our city was attacked, we all banded together behind the president, and assumed he was behind america as well
well, we all saw what happened after that
in truth, game is one of the few righties i see, that still stand behind bush
but, i would not be surprised if, after six months of barky, the nation will be longing for the good ol' days of "the shrub", as the next national nightmare follows this one

Hash, that comment was in jest. I didn't hate Bush from day one. I always try to give anybody the benefit of the doubt. As a matter of fact I figured he was the best avaliable on that side of the aisle in 2000. If you remember who he ran against it's probably still true except for maybe McCain. Gary Bauer? Alan Keyes? Orrin Hatch? Steve Forbes? Yech!
Certainly Obama will be no more popular than before he does anything...good or bad.
I agree with anon. At this point it couldn't get any worse than a continuation of the problems we already have. Which by the way is my biggest fear...that he won't really change much. Fixing the constitution back to where it was 10 years ago, killing the patriot act etc would be the best start in my book. Think he will? I say not a chance.Time will tell. I hope he suprises me.
