This is the problem with school funds...
They tell you exactly how to use it, and if you don't use every cent the second they tell you to you are punished next time there is money...
Even though I'm sure the money could go for more reading teachers, more support staff, better pay to try and get actual teachers with teaching licenses in the classroom, it will be wasted on crap because they are told they have to...

GAME...The Milwaukee "urinal" said in an MPS story today that a lot of money will be targeted for building construction..guess it's time for athletics to repair/renovate/and finally fix SOUTH STADIUM..let me know who needs me to start bothering them...
