So, why doesn't anyone say this about Obama?
Is it:
1. The media template has liberals being smart and republicans dumb no matter what the facts may say.
2. Cause he's black and if you call him stupid you are racist
Anyone who has to speak from a teleprompter ALL THE TIME can't be to bright.
Look at all the dumb stuff he said on the campaign trail without it...
spread the wealth and 56 states just to name a few...
if he had any confidence he wouldn't need one all the time...

game, this "liberal media" bit of yours is a bit asinine this week, when rush has pretty much held the stage...
if you bring up stephanopoulos, carville, begala, etc. to back up your narrative, that's one thing, because you're at least backing it all up with facts
when you just throw it in out of laziness, it just becomes an obvious source of resentment for you, and yet another opportunity to whine, over a byproduct of the extreme corporatism you claim to revere...
think about it, it does nothing to reinforce your well-taken point about barky's mental dullness, particularly during a rare week when internal republican conflicts and the white house-inspired rabblerousing hold the center ring

I wish we could bring back WJC. That guy could speak without a teleprompter (unlike the Messiah), and could answer questions without Bush's deer in the headlights look.
Clinton did a lot of good things-- welfare reform, NAFTA, telecom deregulation, cutting the capital gains tax -- and did them in a sensible way. Thankfully the GOP Congress prevented a lot of his worst ideas, especially authoritarian healthcare.
Of course, we can't forget the bad-- Clinton was a sexual predator who f-ed up at WACO, deported someone as a favor for a leftwing dictator, stood by during the Rwandan genocide because of polls-- the good came from selfish opportunism, not principle.
With Obama, there is nothing selfish-- it is sacrifice all the way around. We asked if Obama was an unprincipled pragmatism or a dedicated socialist. The answer is: BOTH. The Porkulus and other stuff in the pipeline is like death by a thousand paper cuts. At least old-school progressives spent our money in big, creative ways and built dams and sent people to the moon. Now we're spending millions on "neighborhood stabilization activities" (i.e. ACORN), anti-smoking propaganda, and other bullshit. I wish the government would just give us each 30,000 in cash instead.
Emotional? Looky whos talking.
Refute? Easy just a waste of time on a meaningless subject...
How about the debates, no telepromter there and the majority of citizens thought he cleaned McCains clock.
