So which statement is going to be correct:
1. Stories like this are going to stop because the internet is getting to dangerous for our kids and somehow we are going to place enough restrictions to keep them safe.
2. Stories like this will seem like a simple and harmless tale compared to what will happen in the future...

Gee what happened to freedom and keep the government out of our lives? Because some use it improperly we should clamp down on all huh? You start that and you are on the slippery slope. The nanny state? You seem to be lobbying for it here.
no, I just gave two options...
But I guess I am admitting that in this case, if you don't regulate it things will get worse...
Regulation has a place in everything...then there is gray area where it starts to be too much, then you get into govt control...
The internet is nowhere near even the gray area
