Fee proposed for most users of online court records

How does this stop "wrongly accused" people from being discriminated against?
I think it simply stops the public from having access to public information. Many, many businesses use this. Landlords use it to see if someone was evicted or did not pay their bills, business owners use it to check out potential employees, etc.

So either one of two things are happening...this is Democrats adding yet another tax on people, taking away rights or protecting criminals...take your pick.
