MPS aims to even out special ed distribution

There goes MPS again...
You only have two or three high schools in MPS that most would consider adequate, and MPS wants to ruin them.

This is the mentality of some in our society...
When things are not "fair" (read "exactly the same") you have to bring down those who are doing a good job or have something working well and bring them down to a lower level...its never the other way around...
