That's about as shocking as these news stories:

Two plus two is four
When you vote for Democrats, they will raise your taxes, spend a crap load of money on things that the people who pay all the taxes don't use, and pretend they are conservative a few months before an election to get elected.
Let's watch and see when the liberal will shed his liberal skin and transform into a conservative...

Obama took office a little over a year ago and signed the Recovery act just under a year ago.
