Kagan Calls Israeli Activist Judge 'My Hero'

This isn't a surprise because I know better, too bad all the "moderates" that decide elections know very little

Dude, where have you been. I thought we'd been over this a month ago. Guess it was another winger blog.

This is the same judge whom Antonin Scalia praised. The Israeli judicial system is quite different from ours so actions or judicial philosophy there are seen and/or accepted much differently.

Kagan has NEVER said that this judge's philosophy is appropriate for the US. What she and Scalia have praised is the profound influence this judge has had in making his country and its judicial system better.
