SENATOR CALLS ON BUSH TO TAKE DOWN ATTACK AD

Today, Senator Daniel Inouye, the Ranking Member of the Defense Appropriations Subcommittee and a recipient of the Medal of Honor for his service in World War II, released the following statement:
"As a Veteran of World War II, I know what itÂ’s like to fight a war and put your life on the line every day. I also know what it takes to win a war, and I know that politics and an attack machine like the PresidentÂ’s plays no part in it.
"The Republican PartyÂ’s latest ad is a shameful and disgusting attempt to distract the American people from the problems in Iraq. It may improve the PresidentÂ’s political fortunes, but the American people and our troops will pay the price. I hope that President Bush realizes how shameful it is to play politics when what we really need is leadership, and that he will direct his Party to take down this ad immediately."

You have got to be kidding me!!! I used to live in Hawaii, so I know who this guy is. I'm sure the Dem's asked him to cut down the latest wonderful video showing Dem's, in their OWN words, looking like losers who want to take their ball and go home. Did he happen to mention he served in WWII...not sure if you knew that...
What is wrong with the ad? It is simply trying to do what the MSM doesn't do....show the truth about what Dem's think. Why are the Dem's so mad that their actual words are being shown?
And this whole thing about not playing politics might not be so funny if it wasn't coming from a Dem...
Every single issue is politicized by the Dem's...like:
The war: They vote for it, then bash it...just depends what day it is...
Hurricanes: That pain and suffering was used by the Dem's to remind blacks tRepublicansians are racist...
This video is only showing Dem's OWN words...if someone should be stop politicizing EVERYTHING with half truths, and false charges, all the Dem's have to do is find a mirror and look in it.

I saw bits and pieces on CNN about this yesterday. It was pitiful how the Dems were shrieking about the Republicans. Dem Dems even used the "E" word toward Republicans. They said that by using their OWN words against them for this commercial, it was Exploiting them.
SOOOOOOOOOOO...they have been exploiting Republicans like this for a long time. Can't they even live by their own rules?! Regardless though, the commercial spoke the truth, so what's the BFD?
