Teens cry out for peace, end to violence after student dies

People usually do not comment when I talk about the filth that is the inner city. This is where the Left gets 90% of the vote. I have told you the only way I believe the inner cities can be saved. Black leaders need to preach (maybe for 20 years) about personal responsibility. They have to stop relying on liberal programs and stop listening to the excuses being made for them...that is my answer.

I want to know what your answer is, especially the lefties in here...but maybe Jim and Ron are gone...maybe they don't actually like to debate, they sit at a community similar to the inner city, DailyKos.

You are beginning to sound like Bill O'Reilly smearing blogs that disagree with his political ideology.

I read DailyKos every day. I don't generally read the comments. Maybe the comments is where you get this "filth" business. But I can read the same kind of "filth" at the half-man, half-ape blog that's cited here sometimes. I'd be happy to read a conservative equivalent of DailyKos of your choosing for "balance" and contrast.

As for the inner city thing, I don't know what the solution is. It's not my area of expertise. But you imply that the inner city is destitute because they vote Dmocratic. The converse is true. Because they are destitute, they vote Democratic because they perceive that Democrats are more likely to act in their best interests.

No, voting Democratic does not make them destitute...but the thought process that surrounds the Democratic Party and minorities does make their lives hopeless...

I've said it a million times...they will ALWAYS be an underclass listening and following the Left. Getting hand-outs and excuses will never change their sad community.

I gave my solution, I was wondering what someone like yours was...since it is your party that has not helped them over the last 50 years.

saw you back on here, but you have no answer...

the Left has no answer here, except to exploit minorities for votes

OK, I'm with you. Have the Black leaders preach personal responsibility.

That should do it.

Few inner city residents vote game. While they may be able to CLAIM 90 support, they never get an actual turnout to back it up. Most of Milwaukee's increase in voters is from the inner city, though. We'll see if it continues.

As far as your agrument with jim goes, neither party actually courts the poor, or really does much for them. Though, it seems Dems seem to be doing it.The poor go to the Dems basically cuz they arent the Pubs.

Dems give the poor lip service, but have they done anything that actually helps?

the conservative principles will only save the day for them...stop listening to all the race card stuff, stop blaming everyone else, take pride in your community and America...

Jim mocks what I say, but he has nothing better to offer

The article said, "He had a few "minor" infractions of the law, Potter said, but he was a good kid."

One minor infraction of the law can happen to a "good kid" A "few infractions" happen to bad kids.

He still didn't deserve to be beaten to death, but if the media would tell the truth, stories like this wouldn't make us say, "What the ....?"

I halfway agree with you mark, only I would substitute dumb for bad.
