MPS aims to provide free Web access

When does it stop?
When does school stop being the parent?
How can a school district that cuts teachers and has no money have enough money to give everyone free internet access?
Is that a right guaranteed in the constitution?
Can someone show me a study that says having the internet at home makes you do your homework, or read better?

Hey MPS, get your parents to show up for ANYTHING and get more than 30% of the kids to be proficient in reading, then maybe worry about the internet.
