Elliott Yamin Gets Boot on 'Idol'; 2 Left

I watched the last 4 minutes of American Idol last night, a person record for me.
I just don't get it.
When I watch it, I think everyone else must be looking as something different, as if my eyes are seeing something from an alternate universe.

What I see is cheesy, horrible crap.
These people are okay, but they are no better than probably 2 or 3 million other people...its just cheesy, 70's variety show hokey junk...

The gray haired guy dances WORSE than Bruce did in the 80's, and he got made fun for it back then...
The girl is atleast pretty...
And the guy who got voted off yesterday looks like a buck-toothed dork who lost his lunch money every day at school by the bald guy who got voted off last week.

Tell me where I'm wrong...
