The reason I even care about this is because while I was at a local college I picked up their newspaper.
A student, who admitted he was a hard core liberal and hated GWB, stated that 9-11 was all planned and carried out by the Bush administration to gain support for Bush and the war that he had planned long before 9-11.
Planes might of hit the WTC, but it was bombs placed in the building by the govt that took the buildings down.
He confirmed his ideas by talking about a few Michael Moore type documentaries that were much better and more truthful than anything Moore had ever done.
How can anyone be so damn stupid?
This liberal thinks he is being intellectual, that he is much smarter than you, who simply is a pawn for the govt.
I think its simply silly...but it can be harmful when people who have power to talk in the media make the same type of claims...
For any of you who thought the pentagon was blown up by a missile, watch the video, not even CNN is going to allow this moronic message to be defended.

I say let's let all the families of the victims of 9/11 sit in a room with the conspiracy theorists. Let them each have a baseball bat.

Well I must say I am not prone to conspiracy theories but perhaps if the families had been given at least the dignity and regard of a proper, inclusive 9-11 Commission Hearing they might have their concerns properly assuaged. Perhaps if they did not act so fearful of real facts and information, the fans of "conspiraciies" might not have been fueled.
Reasonable people on both the right and left owe it to the families to not only conduct real, earnest hearings (without censoring witnesses, etc.)but to also implement recommendations OF the 9-11 Commission as contained in their reports.
Pehraps Attesa thinks fact-based government is wacky? Perhaps she thinks it is honoring the victims to have hearings held like a circus? Perhaps it is honoring the memory of those who died by letting Bin laden continue to roam the terrain as a free man?
I'm "to the left" on many issues but stupidity is stupidity and in your zeal to demonize the liberals to hide the incompetence of your man in the House- you fail to accept responsibility for inept reform.
But playing "mock the liberals" is a better use of your time, isn't it? if they are so wacky, why not do what we do to Coulter and just ignore them and get back to real facts?

I'm sure hearings will show everyone that 9-11 really happened, not the video tape or cell phone calls or 3,000 dead, or eye witness accounts...
