Click on the title for the whole story, but basically, a Astros fan has a suggestion on what to do if Barry Bonds ties and breaks Babe Ruth's record in Houston...
So my fellow Astros fans, the instructions are simply these:
1. Go to the game.
2. Catch Number 714 or 715.
3. Get out your sharpie.
4. Write the word "Cheater" on the ball.
5. Throw it back Houston.
This idea should be passed around the country....this would bring about a swell of pride toward my fellow Americans to see this done.

Maybe some gutsy fan will write ball sucker on it, instead.
I'm not a big fan of Bonds, not a defender of steroid use either.
But how many pitchers that Bonds has faced used steroid?
What about designated hitters? Do they have an unfair advantage?
Just asking.
So seems like the Houston fans have so much class they gave a standing ovation to the pitcher who hit Bonds in the back (took him two tries).
Really classy. Fans, pitcher, and manager. Class.
Doesn't excuse the Houston pitcher or the fans, does it?
Jim, I think I can explain this in a way you'll absorb. Bonds is like GW Bush. He is an arrogant turd with no respect for anyone or anything other than himself. Even though he does a lot for his 'team', its not worth the price that the team has to take for it. The second he even is rumored to have done anything illicit, EVERYBODy jumps his ass cuz he is SO hateworthy.
Does that kinda explain it? It doesnt really condone the pitcher or the fans, but doesnt it really, really seem understandable?
Nice analogy.
I am glad I could be of service jimbo.
