Athlete's family sues over injury

This is VERY interesting.
Hartland Arrowhead is a very upper class school with high expectations.
I'm sure there was a lot of pressure to get this kid back on the field.
So, should the parents be able to file a lawsuit?
Do you think this is a heart felt complaint, or just trying to cash in now?
Did the parents complain when the trainers said he could play? Did they simply trust the trainers?

If you dont want your kid to get a concussion, dont let him play football. Typical of parents...trying to run the show. The kids had a serious concussion. Big fucking deal. Stay out of contact sports, and he'll be just fine.
