There is no "there" there. This is not a source. It includes a partial quote with little if any context.
For all I know, Gore may HAVE claimed that cigarette smoking is a signifcant contributor to global warming. If he did, I'm sure he has scientific evidence to back it up.

Gore has consistently been shown to be a liar, or worse, an idiot that can't remember what he said last year. He bases his global warming stance on shakey science, he pretends his opinions reflect scientific consensus, which it doesn't, and by and large, one would have to be a flaming idiot to put any stock in anything this buffoon says. I'm sure that those who are far better than I at digging up info on the internet can find a plethora of evidence to back this up. We can start with his flip flop on tobacco growing. Please, for your own sake, find someone better than Gore to hold up as a beakon of knowledge and insight.

Gore claims that there's a total agreement among scientists regarding global warming. He claims nobody disagrees. There's your definition and your Gore lie.
I've NEVER heard Gore assert that there is "total agreement" among scientists regarding global warming. Gore would never claim that there is 100% agreement because he knows there isn't.
However, he has stated, and everything I have read confirms, that there is overwhelming consensus by scientists worldwide that global warming is real and accellerating due to human activity.
I've never heard or known the word "consensus" to mean 100% agreement, nor does your definition suggest that. So I don't think you have demonstrated a lie here. Next?
