They should only be able to sue if people really sue over such petty things.
what..those people on punked sue? no way. suck it up and move on with your life.
I am normally not a fan of suing, but I also have problems with this guy using people like he did. If you are going to lie to people to get them to be in your movie, then misrepresent them in the movie, I think it is all right to sue.
Like that soldier suing Michael Moore for misrepresenting what he said in Fahrenheit 9/11.
