This seems like what used to be called "police work."
Over the years, as the world has turned more PC, things have gotten much, much easier for criminals.
Why is that?
As we get more and more liberal, criminals get away with more and more. We defend illegal immigrants, we don't want tracking systems for child molesters, liberals oppose Jessica's law all over the country?
Here is another story of people being mad that police were doing their job, keeping us safe.

The police were infiltrating church groups! I'm not a NYC resident, but I have a feeling that the detectives the used to infiltrate the church groups might have been redeployed stopping actual criminals or something. NYC police spent more than a year doing this surveillance--how many murders went unsolved, drug lords untoppled, and turnstile jumpers unabused because of this?
Well, nothing blew up...and I'm sure that is their job...these guys don't go out on the street solving common crime

If the church group is suspected of criminal activity, then they're fighting crime. If they're wrong in their suspicions, it's no different than being wrong in any other suspicion about any other suspect.
Jim and Jay, that Peace and Justice group that you Democrat hacks so love hide criminals in their ranks and are "church" groups.
You don't care because they hate Bush, so that washes them clean like the blood of Jesus in your eyes.

Do church groups! get a free pass? Don't you think that's exactly why some thugs use church groups? I suppose our troops should give a free pass to the terrorist that hide in mosques.
Come on guys, use a little common sense!!! I know you think the pole-eece just want to spend all their time harassing innocent people, but the reality is they want to get as many bad guys off the street as possible, and protect the citizenry (GASP, hard to believe isn’t it?) They’re not going to waste their time doing something they think will be unproductive.

BTW I don't despise you personally, I despise the destructive beliefs you and the people you support hold. You’re like children that don't know any better. Except your beliefs and actions don't just hurt yourself, they're harmful to the country, hell, the world.

Jay and Jim are sensitive to church groups, specifically BLACK SHURCH GROUPS, being surveilled as Democrats actively campaign before such groups and are prone to pander to their most outrageous demands and positions. They don't want a record of Democrat candidates and operatives being put on the public record for statements and positions that aren't mainstream, if not racist, etc.

I've often wondered how left-leaning churches can preach politics practically every sermon, and it's OK. But when right-leaning churches preach against baby-killing the libs are ready to snatch the tax-exempt status.
Who the hell knows, I guess consistency is not the forte of libs. It must be some kind of reflex libs have - trying to silence opposition.
