More on Michael Jackson McGee Jr.

The additional charges against McGee are:
*A felony count of making a false statement to election officials, having to do with McGee's claims over his signature on the recall petition against him.
*A misdemeanor count of electioneering, for allegedly showing up at a polling place - during an election in which he wasn't on the ballot - with his own campaign literature in hand.
*A felony count of theft by bailee, for alleged misuse of money intended for his campaign fund. *A felony count of filing false campaign-finance reports.
*Three felony counts of election bribery - one as a party to a crime - having to do with an alleged scheme to pay for votes and with paying people to drive voters to the polls based on how many voters they ferried.
*Three misdemeanor counts of criminal contempt, for alleged violations of confidentiality during secret John Doe hearings involving the investigation against McGee. If convicted of all charges, the embattled politician could face nearly 29 years in prison.

And here is what some people in his district think:
Before sending out the crowd of about 50 spectators - many of whom wore "Free Ald. McGee 4 Me" T-shirts and stood, with raised fists, the moment McGee was led into the courtroom- Moroney read through the list of charges.

The people in this community get what they deserve...the problem is the lives they create for themselves affect us all...

The problem is that McGee should get nearly life for all that mischief. The prosecutor ought to have those McGee supporters cleared from the courtroom. They are there dressed as they are to intimidate the jury. That is not a fair trial.

He will not do any real kind of time or punishment at all. Willie Hines says he has found no wrong doing in Maniac McGee's district at
all. It's just slang and 'STREET TALK."

He could make better choices. Many politicans, celebraties, and etc.. have done things that we have and never will hear about. We judge people all the time and the bible says"Judge not, and ye shall not be judged: condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned: forgive, and ye shall be forgiven" Luke 6:37. He that is without sin, cast the first stone,John 8:7
