The city would pay $2.65 million to 17 current and former Milwaukee police lieutenants who successfully argued they were passed over for promotion because they were white men, under a settlement agreement endorsed this afternoon by a Common Council committee.
There ya go, an actual case of racism against the the kind of person that everyone is out to get...
For those of you who are confused, conservative white males are not the only racists...infact, they are near the bottom of the list of racist...
The person who committed the racism represents a group near the very top of the list.

"Racism is not limited to whites, the
most obvious racists I have dealt with specifically over the years were not white."
This is true, but why must middle-class whites consistently choose the low road out of reactivity?
Still waiting for the liberal outrage to this case of clear racism.
You are beginning to sound utterly deranged. Is there a distemper outbreak in Milwaukee?
You are literally sabotaging your own blog with your petulance. Man up.
No hash, man up that you have a liberal mental disorder which only allows you to see every black person a victim of racism from white rich republicans....and by people like you thinking this way you guarantee that the inner cities will remain the way they are forever.
And if you don't like my blog, don't come...
"...which only allows you to see every black person a victim of racism from white rich republicans....and by people like you thinking this way you guarantee that the inner cities will remain the way they are forever..."
Game, nothing I've ever said regarding race on this blog has indicated that I believe that, yet you seem bent on taking every single instance of friction with even the slightest racial component and turning it into a personal cause celebre, which seems excessive even for someone working in the trenches of the inner city who needs that escape valve for pent-up rage, without taking any responsibility for any possible role you've played.
To me, that's worrisome, and should be to all of us, as a society.
And you're not really explaining how your agitation relates to the original post.
yeah, $158,000 each for being passed over for a promotion.
Oh the humanity! This has got to be the worst case of racism EVAR!
The system wronged them due to racism. The system compensated them for the harm they suffered. Sounds like a happy ending, not cause for outrage.
Now if they had LOST the lawsuit, that would be cause for outrage.
