I'm not even sure that, if you watch the video closely, this would be considered a crime from a law-enforcement standpoint, unless the kid could claim a serious concussion or other injury.
As mentioned previously, the idiotic emphasis on sports in schools breeds much of this behavior. It's all about the competiveness....but bear in mind, the only time you see them form wolf packs is when they feel moved to beat on someone's ass, which is often....
Think of the language and demeanor your typical coach exhibits...it's not about discipline or excellence, it's about getting over...

I believe the point is that black dudes were doing the violence here, and the Jackson/Sharpton faux defense against racism tag team is no where to be found. The color of the perps is irrelevant, except to the dynamic duo when it appears as if a black person is being abused. When it's the other way around, they simply don't care.
