federal judge has ordered Rep. Jack Murtha (D-Pa.) to testify in a defamation case related to the deaths of Iraqi civilians in the town of Haditha in 2005, according to the Associated Press.
Murtha, a former Marine. accused Marines of "cold-blooded murder and war crimes'' during the Haditha incident. Frank Wuterich, a Marine sergeant involved in the incident, has sued Murtha for libel and invasion of privacy over his comments.

We have the list of liberals who have come out in public and shown how they loath and hate the military, liberals come on here and make things up to refute it, and now we see the truth. I think every single person in the military should get a lawyer and sue Murtha, Kerry, Durbin and Biden to start. If they could get tapes of the millions of private conversations liberal congressmen probably have daily saying how much they hate our military we could sue even more.
Also, a personal suggestion, don't sue for money...Sue for them to have to resign from office. I mean, is it a REQUIREMENT to be in the Democratic Party to slander and defame the army? Does the Left have anyone beside Liebermann (oh ya, you kicked out the ONLY Democrat who ACTUALLY supported the troops) who thinks the military is a good thing? Republicans, all you have to do is play Democrats OWN WORDS in regards to the war and our military and you should have no problem getting back plenty of seats and keep the WH...
