And saying "...is not something she thinks any governor would seek out" is that slimy, sneaky, Clinton/Liberal way of trying to make it SEEM they would not get that crazy in regards to ID's, but when she DOES give complete amnesty to illegals you will not be able to use that quote.

If you had been listening to people like Laura Ingraham during the debate over the Comprehensive Immigration Bill recently trounced, you would have heard two main points: Secure the border. Enforce the law. The latter definitely includes coming down hard on companies that seek to exploit illegals. It's often said, wrongly I believe, that you can't deport 12-20 million illegals. We don't have to. Abiding those two main points would lead to a massive return of illegals to their homelands. If they are unable to work, unable to get services, they would leave.
The real debate over immigration is whether our current policies regarding how many can enter is appropriate today. But this debate cannot be resolved until there is considerable progress in the deportation of illegals now here, as well as on securing the borders.
I also agree that our system of LEGAL immigration is crap...we need to fix that too. The solution is not to break the law...
This is what I have been seeing in my neighborhood lately:
1) Huge white vans with carpets and tools in them transporting about 10 Latino men. They all live in the same apartment and go in and out at all times of the day.This same house has 3 pitbulls.
2) These same men sitting on the grass next to their van and drinking beer before my neighbors called the police. They threw the bottles into the street.
3) Groups of Latino men going through the trash looking for papers.
4) Screen doors open at all times to advertise rooms for rent. Apparently this is a secret signal for illegals done in other states.
Ours is a middle class neighborhood with house prices as high as 220,000. Illegal immigration brings other illegal activity to neighborhoods such as public drinking and overcrowding. We need to punish the employers first because they are immune to the effects of illegal immigration. They live in safer communities which will not suffer.
It is time that the home countries start paying for their people and reimburse Milwaukee and other cities for the cost of illegal immigration.

It is too hard for people to come here the right way. Get competent people running this agency...
