BULLSHIT
I got a mortgage 5 years ago, and I was smart enough to get a fixed rate.
So, once again, the govt rewards a person who is stupid and is suckered in by the low "arm," and I get punished since my interest rate is probably a good point higher than the "arm."
Don't any of you get sick of this?
We reward stupidity and irresponsible behavior at every turn.
You know what MIGHT happen if stupid people had consequences for being stupid....
They MIGHT stop being so stupid.
No one is going to die if they have to leave the house they were allowed to live in for a few years than they don't belong in...they go back to renting.
So Republicans want to help some of the stupid people, and Democrats are mad that we are not helping ALL of the stupid people.

Yes, I am sick of this. Now that Clinton has a 'plan' for the mortgage issue...you can see every candidate coming up with their own plans.
Add one more thing to this insanity: Fed cutting rate further!! It's so easy to print more dollars, uh?
I've a serious suggestion: Either buy gold OR convert your cash to euros. EU is going to increase the interest rate by quarter points soon. This would only make euro more stronger...

And this is usually the case...
The Dems "plan" is terrible and rewards losers...
The Republican plan gives into media pressure and helps some losers...
Lowering the interest rate is stupid as well.

I am. People act like it is the worst thing in the world for politicians not to have a plan. From my perspective, the less these people do, the better.
