Just think about all the lives that could be saved at these college shootings if someone would have had a gun.

Ted Nugent can tell you many more such stories, stories not reported in the general media without some kind of unusual twist to compell them to do so. Is this an example of "wild west" behavior by law abiding citizens? No, of course not. It is an example of what would be the most likely manner of action by an average citizen with the right of self-defense not taken from him. A look at all the states with concealed carry laws show that the "wild west" argument is shot full of holes.
While I am sure you are tempted and certainly implying, thank you for addressing an issue instead of using it as an excuse to tell everyone how terrible liberals are. If you approach things like this a true discussion of issues can be had.
The only thing that would have made this report better is if the manager and customer said – in two part harmony – “go ahead punk make my day”.
