They have to move their communist agenda through quickly before even more moderates and not-hard-core political hacks see that the United States of America is working on controlling all private business, tell them who they can and can not hire, how much they should get paid....

I read much of this law, as well as the proposed health care bill.
It looks like a repeat of the Internal Revenue Code, I believe, purposely so.
It seems to be purposely ambiguous in many parts.
This way you can have appointed bureaucrats issuing regulations, therefore bypassing Congress, and in essence inacting laws.
Whoops, the executive branch enacting laws?
If I'm not mistaken federal agencies have been empowered to set regulations and enforce them for decades. Bush signed hundreds of regulations without congressional approval, many just before leaving office.
Funny how things that Reagan, Bush, Clinton, Bush 43 did are now so freakin' dangerous. Who knew?
No game, all wrong. The people who stole the money in the first place are stealing some more. Those are the people running the country, NOT Obama, or Bush for that matter. Bush was just a little more down with the agenda.
Who runs the government? How about when republicans are in charge, does that change. I think not.
I agree that Bush did not run a whole lot in regards to the financial situation...but come on Ron, Obama has his personal hands in everything.
Obama isn't running anything himself because he just likes to play President, not do any of the work...but he tells other people what he wants done..and he is telling a lot of people to do a lot of things that have NEVER been done before...
