It's time to stop giving everything away for free...
This kind of thing should not apply to special needs students, but everyone else. The problem is how are you going to make someone pay who has been institutionalized into learned helplessness from a whole life of liberalism? If they have no job and rely on the govt for their entire existence?

The only busing needed anymore in MPS would be for handicapped and special need children..otherwise...
a quality school is close to any family..or..go to any school you want...just get there and home everyday just like I and all other MPS students always did during our school days...
