So, people are walking around in gangs beating people...and no one gets punished.
This happens daily in the inner city...no cooperation, no one will "snitch" on anyone else.
It just makes me sick. Another story giving an example of how the plight of a group of people is brought on themselves...
If they cooperated, if they took responsibility for their community, things would get better...

but to piggyback off your point...the people ARE the community...they seal their own fate...
do they have a harder time being successful because of where they were born...definately yes...does that mean they should be expected and allowed to fail...no
