Only liberals can beat us in the war on terror.

Don't let the liberal hippies kill like they did in Vietnam. The only ones who can defeat the US are the liberals and the liberal media.

Way to go Bush:

"One unmistakable legacy of Vietnam is that the price of America's withdrawal was paid by millions of innocent citizens whose agonies would add to our vocabulary new terms like 'boat people', 're-education camps' and 'killing fields'."

Here's another example of the MSM being at war with the US on the side of AlQaeda.

I put a return in the URL so that all of it will appear for Hash.

Crap-o-la, pcd.

There is literally not one sentence of truth to that piece, and it was written by a partisan Jewish writer in an openly neocon website.

Now HERE'S what's behind the desire for war against Iran.

Bring up the link and click on "LA Times Op-Ed..."

And, fudgie, you should be VERY excited...it was actually written by a jew, so it MUST be believable!

Uh, did you read the article?

It's BY a Jew, regarding discrimination against a Jew, and false churches.

At least I'll tackle the real issue behind your bloodlust.

I was wondering who that speech was intended for. Such a completely bizarre comparison for Bush to use.

The Game said...

Bush's speech was perfect.
I know liberals are unable to see the outcomes and consequences of their actions, but Bush tried to point it out for you.

Actually it was almost perfect. If only he could have gotten his facts right. Its a bit more than disturbing to read about Bush's "The Quiet American" comments. These are simply wrong. The book was against the war in Vietnam. Now Bush quotes it to justify our continued involvement? "Innocence is a kind of insanity" and you have the right to wake up. That means rejecting the elitist neoconservative revisionist history that was this speech.

Funny that I agree with some other Bush comments the other day. He said, about Iraq, that the people govern a democracy. The fact is, an overwhelming majority of Americans reject this war. Which, given your comments, insinuates that most Americans are liberal. What neocons forget is that this country is run by the people. We even get to vote and everything. When things go wrong, Its our job to vote the bums out. Blaming the American people for this will get you nowhere.

Another interesting part about this is the Rightist flipped when Kennedy called Iraq "George Bush's Vietnam". So.. back to the hypocrisy.. When are you guys going to flip over Bush calling Iraq Vietnam? No? Didn’t think so.

Oh really...
Then we should have a wall covering all of the Mexican/American border...if the people run the govt
Taxes would be lower
No more welfare
English is the official language of the United States...
No gay marriage for anyone
Should I keep going?
Liberals have a long list of things that the American people do not agree with.

"Liberals have a long list of things that the American people do not agree with."

Conservatives no longer represent the wishes of the American people.

The military doesn't even represent the wishes of the majority of Americans. The article I linked above shows the military is pushing evangelical cults on the troops, particularly when they are down and lonely, and realize their mission is hopeless.

Americans don't approve of forced religions, especially when cultic, and they don't approve of the soldiers being forced into it by the government.

I'm liberal and Hash does not speak for me when it comes to Jews.

I don't believe that Israel can do no wrong, however.

Regarding Viet Nam, we could have been there another 5 years and lost another 50,000 American lives and the outcome would have been no different. That is the lesson of Viet Nam that Bush needs to learn.

The Game said...

Hash, just gave a list of things American's don't agree with the Dem's on. Nothing about that I guess.
And Jim, glad to see you don't want to be associated with Hash, no on does but parklife.

I think "associated" is a poor choice of words. I don't agree with him on a number of things.

The lesson of Viet Nam that Bush needs to learn, as well as does the left, is that when you go to war, you fight to win, you don't fuck around.

The one thing that really irks me in the debates about either war, is that once we've entered into the war, winning is paramount. There's no "leaving" or "bringing our boys home" once we've committed to fighting. WE as a nation do not benefit from losing wars, and we certainly don't benefit by abandoning them. Leaving Viet Nam early resulted in millions of civilian deaths in the region. There's absolutely no question in my mind that the same will occur if we leave Iraq prematurely. The enemy there has the real bloodlust and they don't care about dying for their wacky cause. They'll sacrifice as many of their own as they feel is needed. So they'll certainly have no problem eliminating anyone who got in their way or won't abide their rule.

And Hashpuppy,

Your link didn't work for me. I'll just assume it's every bit as biased in your direction as you claim PCD's link to be in his. Of course I get Human Events every week and find it quite rational for a conservative paper. "Neocon" is anyone to the right of Hashboy.

It takes...EFFORT!

Do.You.Think.You.Can.Handle.It?

""Neocon" is anyone to the right of Hashboy."

Well, it's CERTAINLY you!

May I live to see you and yours behind barbed wire, in striped pajamas, during my lifetime!

And it is true, our troops are being coerced into bizarre, fundamentalist, christianist cults (while their wives are back home, on food stamps).

I most definitely expect your ilk to deny it. Publications like "Human Events" teach you how you can improve your lying skills, weekly!

"I think "associated" is a poor choice of words."

Well, you certainly left yourself open for that one.

"I don't agree with him on a number of things."

Newsflash: you're not a neocon! You are ALLOWED to think for yourself!

"Oh really..."
Game.. take the meds.. it will really help.

Bush's speech was a total fraud. He lied to you again. MA.. youre off your rocker. People run this country. And they like to vote. Well.. at least some of them do. The con men on the right dont get this.

"After the First World War, politics in Germany's new Weimar Republic were poisoned by the belief that the army had been poised for victory in 1918 and that one more surge could have turned the tide. Many Germans bitterly concluded that the political class, having lost its nerve and will to win, capitulated. The fact that fanciful analysis fed this rancor did not diminish its power."

The horrors that went on in Vietnam and Cambodia after we left occured because we stayed too long, not because we left too soon.

Game, I hope you're not spreading this propaganda to your students.

I'm laughing at the insane spin of the lefties. Communists/Socialist don't kill and dig mass graves, but the evidence says otherwise. What a delusion you lefties live under.
