I wouldn't if I were you. They have state run health care for all. How can this be that they have the highest well-being index when they are....

Socialists!

cause its sunny every single day..
and their health care sucks..so glad I did not have my kid there..they do not have socialized medicine either..
AND just incase you were not wrong enough yet here is what the list was based on:

life evaluation, emotional health, work environment, physical health, healthy behaviors, and access to basic necessities.

My bad, you are right. Hawaii's health care system is not government run, but it IS government mandated.

and their health care sucks. Apparently not. From the NY Times October 2009:

"Since 1974, Hawaii has required all employers to provide relatively generous health care benefits to any employee who works 20 hours a week or more."

"This is a state where regular milk sells for $8 a gallon, gasoline costs $3.60 a gallon and the median price of a home in 2008 was $624,000 — the second-highest in the nation. Despite this, Hawaii’s health insurance premiums are nearly tied with North Dakota for the lowest in the country, and Medicare costs per beneficiary are the nation’s lowest."

There's more. Might want to check it out.

Also, seems like "physical health" (ranked #1) would have some connection to their health care system.

even if you were right that would be 1 out of 6 but physical health should be about how healthy we are..people in hawaii exercise more than many because it is so nice out and they cook their own meals...
